- All orders will be debited in the currency the order is placed in.
- Payment may only be accepted by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO & SOLO), Paypal.
- Please note, If you need to change or amend your order before it has been dispatched please contact us by email or on 0330 223 0890 and leave a message highlighting your order number and we will try our very best to amend as requested. Please note, this is not guaranteed as your order may have already been picked and packed. Please note, you will be charged your standard text message rate when texting us.
- SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- UK Orders
- All orders received before 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays/Christmas) for items that are showing as being in stock will be dispatched on the next day with Royal Mail or a courier of our choice and are normally delivered within 2-3 days for items shown as being out of stock please see item details for delivery times .Orders received after 5pm Friday, on Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Although during busy times (like the run up to Christmas) our warehouse is busy picking and packing orders over the weekends too.
- Delivery charges are dependent on the size and weight of your purchase and range from £1.49 to £4.95 for Standard Delivery. We also offer an Express Deilvery Option for £6.95 which, for orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day using a Next Day Delivery service. Please note that the Express Delivery Option will usually require signature on delivery.
- All orders over £75.00 will attract free delivery..

Extra Delivery Information Please note, any extra delivery information given during the checkout process will be included on the delivery address label, however, we are unable to guarantee that the Postman will always follow these instructions.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
- We operate a no –quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt unopened and in the same condition as it was received, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (minus the postage and packaging cost) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer/subject to availability, no questions asked.
Should you wish to return an item, please send us an email with your order number and details of the item/s to be returned and we will send you a Returns Code, together with instructions on how to return your purchase.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 10 business days from our receipt of the package for the monies to reach your account.
VIEWING & TRACKING ORDERS
Once you have placed your order, you can view it at any time from the 'My Account' section of the site. You will also be able to track the progress of your order in this section.
We will provide Tracking Numbers for parcels where this is available.
